Job Discription:
-Monthly Sales Target Achievement (in terms of revenue generation, volume, master cartons etc)
-Ensure availability & visibility of XYZ brands / SKUs in the assigned territory, market penetration.
-Assign monthly/ daily sales target to DSR’s
-Market share development in urban & rural.
-Train, develop & monitor DSR & Salesmen
-Identify Key Account/ Modern Trade
