Network Administrator / IT Support Supervisor
A young, dynamic, hands-on IT Support Supervisor required to ensure the continuous working, monitoring, and maintenance of all Voice, Video, Data, Servers, and networks; also supervise network connectivity and overall day-to-day operations and system performance.
Proven working experience and sound knowledge of network protocols, server operating systems, firewall configurations, VLANs, encryption, IT security standards, related applications, and system maintenance/upgrade procedures. Hands-on experience of fault management and troubleshooting of complicated communication network systems.
Graduate with at least three to five years of experience in designing, installing, analyzing, and maintaining server hardware, server backup devices and related software, mass-storage units, server operating systems, and network infrastructure equipment – including firewall integration and management of different hardware devices from various vendors; providing technical support in information technology disciplines, designing, consulting, analyzing, installing and maintaining computer software applications, hardware, and peripherals.
Excellent analytical, learning, and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
