DataQ Healthcare is Looking for qualified professionals for the role of Healthcare Administrators who are passionate about remotely delivering care to the elderly and educating clinical staff and care coordinators. The ideal candidate should have an interest in learning new methodologies in team development and compliance adherence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate is expected but not limited to perform the following tasks:
Collaborate in developing a curriculum for clinical coordinators to deliver protocol-driven care (basic material will be provided).
Gathering the most important information from the provided material or other peer-reviewed resources and formulate presentation material like PowerPoint slides on a provided background template.
Deliver online recorded and live course materials
Responsible for monitoring and acting upon patient's chronic care management parameters.
Responding to any concerns from the care coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Required: Minimum 4 years graduate
Healthcare professional (Preferred)
Bachelors in any Health or Biological Sciences (preferred)
Diabetes Educator
Nutritionist
